• Clear vegetation if necessary
• Remove topsoil from the excavation and embankment site. To be used for the construction of batters
• Prepare the subgrade
• Arrange installation of pipes
• Cut-off trench
• Form and compact the embankment
• Cover the embankment with topsoil
